This is a 3-day workshop designed to provide coping exercises to assist in overcoming depression. Each day the author will cover chapters from the book and teach each step with the accompanied workbook. The schedule is Friday evening, Saturday - full day, and Sunday afternoon.
This event is held via Zoom. Start Date: Nov 12th Tuesday Nights 8pm EST & 10pm EST (Both times cover same material and will be approximately one hour long). Additional details including the zoom link will be emailed a week before the event starts. The book "Drowning is sold separately. It's not required for the workshop, but highly recommended.
